From the 17th November - 19th November 2017 Bakhtiyar will return once again to the historic Medieval Hall in the Cathedral Close, Salisbury to exhibit a selection of over 200 fine Persian hand-knotted rugs, runners and kilims for purchase.

The interior design resurgence of Persian rugs blended in with modern design is upon us and now is the time to delve into your deepest decorating desires by indulging yourself with the wonders of Persia. This exhibition will give you an insight into what it is like to visit the grand bazaars of Persia, filling your senses with the sounds and sights of rugs from both the well-known and lesser-known carpet weaving cities, towns, villages and nomadic tribes of Persia. 

This not to be missed grand exhibition of fine Persian rugs, runners and kilims is curated by internationally renowned Persian carpet expert Masoud Mazaheri-Asadi who will be bringing a selection of his 6,000 carpet stock to display some of Persia’s finest pieces of art in the heart of Salisbury. Having recently returned from one of his latest buying trips, Masoud will be showcasing a wide array of modern, traditional and antique Persian rugs, runners and kilims to suit all budgets.

This is the perfect way to kick off any design and decorating projects, or add that perfect finishing touch to your dream interior.
