Once again Bakhtiyar are returning to the historic Medieval Hall, Cathedral Close in the heart of Salisbury to host their bi-annual exhibition of over 200 fine Persian rugs, runners and kilims. From the 27th - 29th April 2018, open daily 10am - 5pm visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a world of mystery and wonder with rugs from across Persia.

With the continuing resurgence of Persian rugs in both the interior design and fashion world now is the time to invest in your decorating dreams and desires with an unrivalled collection of modern, traditional and antique rugs on display to suit all budgets. This exhibition will give you an insight into what it’s like to visit the grand bazaars of Persia, filling your senses with the smells and sights of rugs from both the well-known and lesser-known carpet weaving cities, towns, villages and nomadic tribes of Persia.

Carefully curated by internationally renowned Persian rug expert Masoud Mazaheri, (who has worked with the BBC World News, National Trust, auction houses and leading institutions across the UK) from our 6,000 strong stock in our London warehouse, this not to be missed exhibition will bring together a blend of culture, art and life to the historic heart of Salisbury.
